Effective date: July 24, 2026 · Last updated: July 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ProdigyIQ Technologies (“ProdigyIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through prodigy-iq.io and the public pages that link to this Policy (the “Website”).

Website scope. This Policy covers the public ProdigyIQ Technologies marketing website. Customer data processed through Worktelli, authenticated product environments, or services delivered under a customer agreement may be governed by separate product notices, data-processing terms, or contracts.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit a contact, strategy-call, Worktelli-demo, custom-system, partnership, media, or speaking inquiry, we may collect:

  • Name and work email address.
  • Company, role, company size, and industry.
  • Inquiry type and preferred business objective.
  • Your description of an operating challenge.
  • Information about current software tools.
  • Desired outcome and optional timeline.
  • Other information you include in a message or later correspondence.

Please do not submit passwords, financial-account information, government identifiers, protected health information, confidential customer data, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Website, we and service providers supporting the Website may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, error and performance information, and cookie or similar-technology identifiers.

Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information from professional networks, event organizers, referrals, service providers, or publicly available business sources. We may combine that information with information you provide when reasonably necessary to respond to a business inquiry or maintain a professional relationship.

2. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule requested conversations or demonstrations.
  • Evaluate an organization’s operating challenge and identify an appropriate service or product conversation.
  • Provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website.
  • Understand Website usage and measure the effectiveness of content and outreach.
  • Communicate about requested services, Worktelli, ProdigyIQ offerings, events, or relevant business information.
  • Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
  • Comply with law, enforce terms, establish or defend legal claims, and protect rights and safety.
  • Complete a business transaction such as a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our business, provided those interests are not overridden by applicable rights.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers. Hosting, managed WordPress, cloud, email, form delivery, scheduling, security, analytics, performance, backup, and technical-support providers that process information for business purposes.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants subject to appropriate duties.
  • Business counterparties. Parties involved in a proposed or completed financing, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or transfer of assets.
  • Authorities and other parties. When reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, security, or safety; investigate misuse; or enforce agreements.
  • At your direction. When you ask us to share information or clearly authorize the disclosure.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or a similar regulated activity in certain jurisdictions depending on how they are configured. See the Cookie Policy and the choices below.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The Website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags, and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, performance, and analytics. WordPress, GoDaddy, Google services enabled through Site Kit, Jetpack, caching or security tools, and other configured providers may place or read these technologies. Details and available controls appear in our Cookie Policy.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting legal obligations, and protecting security. Retention depends on the type of information, the relationship, the sensitivity of the data, and applicable requirements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

6. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information appropriate to its nature and the context of processing. No transmission, storage system, or security control is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate care when deciding what to submit through the Website.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a regulator.

To make a privacy request, use the contact page and identify the request as a privacy inquiry. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

You can manage many cookies through browser settings and available provider controls. Browser privacy signals are not interpreted uniformly. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, we will process supported signals as required.

8. Communications

We may use the business contact information you provide to respond to your request and continue the related conversation. If we send optional promotional email, you may opt out using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. We may still send non-promotional communications reasonably related to a requested service, transaction, security matter, or existing business relationship.

9. Children’s privacy

The Website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the matter.

10. International visitors

ProdigyIQ Technologies operates from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from the laws where you live. When legally required, appropriate transfer mechanisms will be used.

11. Third-party sites and product environments

The Website links to Worktelli application pages, scheduling services, social or professional networks, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. A link does not mean ProdigyIQ controls the destination’s data practices.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, services, or data practices. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are posted. Material changes may be communicated through the Website or another appropriate channel.
